Loosen the three screws (A, B and C shown in

Figure 5-24

) that secure the

LEAF SPRING, LOCK, HEAD.

Slightly turn the head adjust lever upward and downward to correct the slant
of the print head.

In case of NG Pattern 1: turn the head adjust lever downward.

In case of NG Pattern 2: turn the head adjust lever upward.

10. Tighten the three screws loosened at

in the order of A

11. Click [Back] to go back to the previous screen and repeat
