Replacing the drive wheel
The drive wheel must only be replaced by authorised service personnel.
Check the hydraulic oil level
It is going to add hydraulic oil when you heard
explosion sound from pipe during lifting.
• Prepare the truck for maintenance and
repairs ( See 5.3.3 Maintenance Instructions ).
• To toggle lock switch (2), and open the cover (3) of the hydraulic oil tank volume to
correct specifications.
• Add hydraulic oil till you cant hear explosion sound during lifting.
Installation is the reverse order.
Check transmission oil level
• Prepare the truck for maintenance and repairs
(See 5.3.3 Maintenance Instructions ).
• Removing the cover and driving rotating cover
• Remove locking nut with flange (4),Screw out
the six screws(3),Remove connecting Piece (2).
• Remove gas plug(1

add transmission oil of
the correct grade.
• add transmission oil every 1000 operating hours,
or at least annually.
Installation is the reverse order.
Recommissioning
The truck may only be recommissioned after cleaning or repair work, once the
following operations have been performed.
•
Test horn.
•
Test brake.
•
Lubricate the truck in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
