Abnormal picture
• For no colour or poor picture quality, you may:
1. Adjust the colour option in menu settings.
2. Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from
other electronic products.
3. Try another channel, maybe it is an exit
broadcasting signal problem.

antenna.

Solution
“This file is invalid”

Network failure
• Check if the router works well.
• For models requiring a USB dongle to
connect to the Internet, check if the USB
dongle is properly connected.
