ASSEMBLY

1.

Handlebars:

When   your   eBike   is   first   shipped   the   handlebars   will   not

be   attached.      There   are   two   steps    to   assemble   this.    First,   remove   the
handlebar    stem    from    the    collapsed    position.    To    do    this,    simply
straighten   the   handlebar   frame   until   it   is   perpendicular   to   the   ground.
When   this   is   complete,   use   the    metal   clasp   on   the   side   of   the   frame
to   lock   the   collapsible   joint   in    place   and

INSERT   THE   SAFTEY   LOCK.

    If

done    properly,    there    should    be    no    movement    of    the    l o c k     o r
handlebars   or   safety   latch.

Next,   insert   the   loose   handlebars   into   the   handlebar   stem   with   the
brakes    facing   outward   and   push   down.      You   may   raise   and   lower   the
handlebars   as   you   wish   until   you   find   a   height   comfortable   for   riding.
When   this   is   complete,   simply   pull   the   locking   mechanism   displayed
below   backward   to   secure   the   handlebars   in   place.   Please   ensure   the
lock   is   snug   and   there   is   no   movement.

2.

Frame:

In   addition,   the   middle   of    the   bike   will   also   be   in   the   folded

position.      To   assemble   this,   (see   next   page)   simply   unfold   the   bike
until   the   frame   is    perfectly   straight   and   use   the   metal   clasp   on   the
frame   to   lock   the    joint   together.

DO   NOT   FORGET   TO   INSERT   THE

SAFTEY   LOCK.

There   should   be   no   movement   at   the   collapse   point   if

done   properly.
