Filter and UV Lamp Replacements
Replacement of all filters are based on local water conditions and usage and should be replaced as needed. Do not exceed
one year. UV lamp replacement annually (or, as needed within the year)
Caution - Please Note:
Complete UV Housing replacement is recommended by manufacturer every 3 years.
The part (# P-H-UV-4PIN) with lamp included can be purchased with filter replacements when applicable.

2. Contact the kitchen & bath showroom, distributor, and/or retailer where you purchased the product
