4. Convert the existing pilot orifice with the one provided in this kit using a 7/16 inch wrench. Remove the pilot
head and replace the orifice insert.
5. Reassemble pilot head in proper orientation (see Figure 12). Be sure not to overtighten pilot, if head does
not reach the proper orientation in the snug position then contact your Enviro dealer.

Disconnect the gas supply completely as well as any electrical power source before proceeding.

Remove surround panel, door cover, glass door, media tray, and burner (see M

).
3.
Convert the existing burner orifices with the ones provided in this kit using a 3/8 inch deep socket.
WARNING: BE SURE TO INSTALL THE CORRECT ORIFICE INTO THE CORRECT PORT

operation of the converted appliance is checked as specified in the manufacturer’s

Carefully inspect all parts supplied with this conversion kit. If any parts have been damaged or are
missing, contact your dealer, distributor or courier company to have them replaced before starting this
installation.
