Out of the Box Mode

PTM 215ZGP operates in “Out of the Box” mode before it has joined an existing network for

the first time via the transmission of a Join request. In this mode, PTM 215ZGP can there-

fore only communicate without security measures.

Security Parameters

In Out of the Box mode, PTM 215ZGP transmits data without specific security mechanisms.
The Auto-Commissioning flag is set to 0b1 in this mode for all button actions except the
press of button A1 where it is set to 0b0.
