To attach 1 cup filter or 2-cup filter, align the notch on the filter with groove
on the filter holder, insert the filter and turn left or right to lock in place. To
remove1 cup filter or 2-cup filter, turn the filter left or right to align filter notch
with groove on the filter holder, detach the filter from filter holder.
Note:
you may feel difficult to attach 1 cup filter due to there are two notches
located on the filter.Once one notch on the filter aligned with the groove on
the filer holder, try to insert the filter from the side oppsite to the groove on the
filter holder then the filter can be easy inserted.

Select POD filter place in filter holder.
To attach POD filter, just insert filter in place directly. To remove POD filter, just
detach filter from filter holder directly.
2. Use measuring spoon to add coffee in filter. Do not fill coffee over
MAX
lever
marked in filter (for 2-cup filter). Do not overfill the 1-cup filter with too much
coffee
3. Tamp and compress coffee firmly and evenly with tamper at the end of the
spoon. (fig.3)

4. Clean excessive coffee from the rim to ensure filter fit securely under brewing
head.
Note:
Do not overfill the filter. Wipe around the edge of filter to remove
excessive coffee.
1. Select POD filter for preparing coffee with E.S.E coffee pod.
2. Put E.S.E coffee pod in POD filter and make sure it doesn’t come out of filter
