BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Wipe the glass ceramic surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Dry the glass ceramic surface using a soft cloth.
Only connect the appliance to a properly installed power socket. The local mains
voltage must correspond to the technical specifications for the appliance.
A signal sounds and "

" flashes on the display, the appliance is in standby mode.
While the appliance is connected to a mains socket, "- - - -" (standby mode)
flashes on the display and the operating LED above the
button also
flashes.
OPERATION
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
The cooking zone is heated up by residual heat
from the cookware during the cooking process.
Allow the induction hob to cool completely
before touching it.
WARNING!
Risk of fire!
There is a risk of fire due to high temperatures.
Never leave the appliance unattended while it
is in use.
Place suitable cookware on the centre of the induction hob (information on suitable
cookware is available under “Suitable cookware” on page 40).
Press the
button to switch on the appliance. An acoustic signal sounds and the
operating LED above the
button lights up.
