Making bread:
1.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface.
2.
Add ingredients to the bread pan following RECIPE section.
3.
Plug power plug into power supply.
4.
Press "MENU" button to select the desired program menu.
5.
Press "LOAF SIZE" button to select the desired loaf size.
6.
Press "COLOR" button to select the desired crust darkness.
7.
Use "TIME +" and "TIME -" buttons to set the elapsed time for when the program is to be
completed.
8.
Press the "START/STOP" button to start the program.
9.
When the bread is done, an alert will sound.
10.
Switch off the appliance by pressing "START/STOP/PAUSE" button for approx. 3 seconds, then
a beep will be heard.
11.
Unplug the cord from the electrical outlet.
12.
Remove bread pan from housing carefully.
13.
Remove the bread out of bread pan. Invert the bread pan and shake gently until the bread
falls out. Place bread on a rack.
CAUTION:
the surface is hot after baking. Use oven gloves when removing a hot bread pan
CLEANING AND CARE

Never immerse the appliance in the water or other liquids.
1.
Unplug the appliance before any cleaning.
2.
Allow the appliance cool down before cleaning.
3.
Wipe inside and outside of pan with damp cloth, do not use any sharp or abrasive agents,
in order to protect the non-stick coating. The bread pan must be dried completely before
installation.
4.
Use a damp cloth to wipe lid, and interior of viewing window. Do not use any abrasive
cleaners for cleaning, since this will degrade the high polish of the surface.
5.
Gently wipe the outer surface of housing with a wet cloth then use dry cloth to wipe. Never
use petrol or other liquids. Never immerse the housing into water for cleaning.
6.
Store in dry and clean places.

Sometimes when put out the bread, kneading blade would stay into the bread, use the hook to
pull out the blade.
