3 Using the Client Utility

After a successful installation you will see the USB adapter client utility

in the

Windows system tray, as the image depicts below.

To run the client utility right click on the icon on the system tray and then click on

Launch Config Utilities

.

3.1 Link Status

The

Link Status

tab displays the current status of the wireless radio. The

following information is included in this tab, as the image depicts below.

Status:

This indicates the state of the client. There are three options:

Associated:

Indicates that the wireless client is connected to an

Access Point (AP). The BSSID is shown in the form of 12 HEX
