USER’S MANUAL
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES
1.1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
It is important to read the manual carefully and understand how the electric bike works
before
operating the bike.
Preparations before riding:
Put on your helmet, gloves and other protective gear
before riding to protect yourself in event of an accident.
Cycling conditions:
Ambient temperature should be 10°C to 35°C, with low wind and flat roads.
Maximum load:
The maximum load capacity of the electric bike is 100 kg and the maximum load capacity of the rear rack is 25 kg.
Our company shall not be liable if an accident happens with a load that exceeds 125 kg.
Power:
Frequent braking or start-up, steep hills, heavy wind resistance, muddy roads or overload will cause a large quantity of the
storage battery’s electric power to be consumed, thus affecting the overall mileage. For this reason, we recommend that you avoid
these variables when riding.
If the storage battery is disabled for a long time, make sure to charge it adequately. If it has not been charged in over a month, it will
need additional charging.
Exposure to water:
It is important to note that the electric bike should not be submerged in water. If water enters the controller and
motor wheel, it may short circuit and damage the electrical parts.
Battery disposal:
Old batteries must be disposed of properly at an appropriate recycling facility, so as to avoid environmental pollution.
Our company is not responsible for any losses due to unauthorized disassembly or alteration of the e-bike.
1.2 NOTES
The electric bike is designed based on a regular bike to meet market demand. It is a means of transportation with special functions
and uses. At the time of purchase, please select and buy a model suitable for your needs. Riders must be aware of proper techniques
before riding on the roads. To ensure correct use and your safety, please pay careful attention to the following:
1. While riding, periodically check that the motor and rear fork are well fastened, and tighten them as needed.
2. When turning on the power supply or going up a slope, use the pedals to assist you as much as possible to reduce
the surge current and extend the battery life and mileage.
3. In wet weather, avoid a water level higher than the middle of the wheel, to prevent water from entering
the motor and causing motor failure.
4. Use the charger that came with your e-bike.
When charging the battery, place the battery and charger somewhere flat and secure.
5. Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area free of any clutter.
Do not cover the battery box or charger as this could prevent heat from dissipating.
6. Maintain appropriate tire pressure so as to avoid increasing friction between the tire and the ground,
which can easily wear the tires and deform the rims.
7. Abide by traffic rules in force, and do not exceed a speed of 25 km/h; goods carried on the rear rack should not exceed 25 kg.
8. Do not use the front brake when riding at full speed or downhill, in order to prevent the center of gravity
from moving forward, which could lead to an accident.
9. In the event of the failure of safety-critical components, purchase same-brand components or contact
the dealer for a replacement.
10. Do not install a child set on this e-bike, as the child’s finger could get caught in the suspension saddle.
