UNDERSTANDING THIS MANUAL
When you see a WARNING sign, this means that failure to follow the instructions may lead to injury
(e.g. losing control, falling, serious injury or even death).
A CAUTION sign, on the other hand, means that failure to follow the instructions may result in damage
to the Moto M3 or its components.
The Moto M3 complies with the Moto M3 Vehicle Safety Regulations.
GENERAL SAFETY GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS
1. Don't weave through traffic or move in a way that may surprise others on the road.
2. Never carry anything that obstructs your vision or affects your control of the Moto M3,
or that could become entangled in moving parts.
3. Never hold on to another vehicle while driving.
4. Do not drive if you are not physically or mentally fit to do so.
5. Do not drive if you have a vision, balance, hearing or coordination impairment.
6. Do not use headphones or a cellular phone: they mask traffic sounds and emergency vehicle sirens and distract you from
concentrating on what's going on around you. Wires can also get tangled in moving parts, causing you to lose control.
7. Do not carry more than 10 lbs of cargo in the cargo compartment.
8. Do not drive in excess.
9. Do not wear sandals, open-toed, high-heeled, platform or slip-on footwear.
10. Do not ingest alcohol or drugs that could impair your ability to operate the Moto M3.
11. Always drive with two hands on the handle bar.
12. Remain seated.
13. Do not jump ramps, curbs, or objects, or attempt any stunts.
14. Drive at a speed that is appropriate for the terrain you are on.
15. Make sure that clothing or extremities are far from the drive chain or any moving parts.
16. Avoid driving if doing so is beyond your ability or if you have a lack of experience.
17. Do not brake solely with the front brake; use both brakes simultaneously.
18. Do not try to accelerate while pressing on the brake (s).
This may cause damage to the motor or drive train, or cause the motor or drive train to overheat.
NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR THE RETAILER OF THE MOTO M3 ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES
OF FAILING TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL AND PROVINCIAL ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE USE OF THE MOTO M3.
