3.2 PROBLEMS YOU MAY ENCOUNTER
Your Home Base doesn’t respond when you try to operate the

touchscreen.

• Press the reset button on the bottom of the Home Base.

• If the problem persists, unplug your Home Base. After a few

minutes, plug it in again.
