6. Why the system does not respond when I press an icon?
You should recalibrate the touch-screen (see “BATTERY POWER AND
CALIBRATION”).
7. The MP5 player is not responding, what can I do?
In case that the device gets blocked, for example, while trying to play a corrupted
file, simply press the RESET orifice (located on the back side of the player) with a
thin tool (a paper clip will work) and power it on again by holding the PLAY button
for 2 seconds.
8. What’s the video format of my MP5 Energy™?
It plays many video formats without recoding, and AVI files compressed with
XVID,MP2 audio. Convert your videos using Energy Movier to ensure compatibility.
