Mechanical Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Computer display does not work at all or
partially. 1. Check power supply.
2. Check cable connections.
3. Replace the computer.
No resistance. 1. Check if the resistance belt is in good condition and well attached to the main frame.
2. Replace resistance belt.
No speed signal. 1. Check the upper cable connections.
2. Check if the speed sensor is in the right position.
3. Replace the speed sensor.
4. Replace the computer.
The home fitness equipment shakes. 1. Move the equipment to a different place and check if the problem still persists.
The home fitness equipment creates abnormal
noises. 1. Check the fit of the stabilizer bolts.
2. Check the end caps.
3. Check whether the pedals are assembled correctly or not, see chapter ‘assembly’.
4. Check crank arms, axis, and bearings (if applicable).
