UNRACKING PROCEDURE

1. Place rack in holders on top of the fixed jaw of the machine.

(Figure 1 & 4)

2. Depress both palm buttons.

(Figure 2)

When parts drop off, engage the release lever.

(Figure 3)

3. Jaws open.

4. Slide rack to center of the two jaws. Raise right end of rack

(Figure 4)

and with rack resting in the

cradle on the left side

(Figure 1)

of the fixed jaw, rotate rack to the next side of racked parts.

Place right end of rack back in the holder on the fixed jaw, and repeat step 2.
