help command
Prints help for all Meridian II-specific (not Linux) commands.
Prints command-specific help. For example:
help gpsstat

inetdconfig Interactive script that allows you to configure the list of pro-
tocol servers which are started by the
inetd
server daemon
running in Meridian II.
inhibitoutputsmode Prints the current InhibitOutputsMode setting which controls
the timing output signals (time codes and pulse rates) prior to
initial lock to GPS.
See the
setinhibitoutputsmode
command.
installed_sw_opts Prints the software options enabled in your Meridian II. See
Appendix I - Software Options for more information.
ionostat
(optional)
Prints the status of the optional RTIC. See
Chapter 11 - Real-
Time Ionospheric Corrections for more information.
kernelversion Prints the Linux operating system kernel version.
kplockstat Prints the front-panel keypad lockout status.

lockoutkp Command to lock out access to the front-panel keypad EDIT
key. See the
kplockstat
and
unlockkp
commands.
logrinex Controls logging of raw GPS pseudorange and carrier phase
observations in Rinex 2.11 format.
netconfig Interactive script that allows you to configure the IP network
subsystem of Meridian II.
ntpconfig Interactive script that guides you in configuring the NTP
Subsystem. Allows configuration of MD5 authentication and
broadcast/multicast mode. All parameters are retained in non-
volatile FLASH disk storage.
ntpstat Prints the values of several key parameters indicating the status
of the NTP daemon. These include the current offset between
the NTP-steered system clock and the GPS Subsystem clock,
and the current counts of received packets, sent packets and
dropped packets. In addition the current sent packet rate is
shown.
oscctrlstat Prints the system oscillator disciplining parameters.
passwd Used to change the password for the user that you are logged
in as.
pluginopts Returns the board type and settings for any installed plug-in
option boards. See Chapter 10 - Rear-Panel I/O, Plug-In
Module Options
for more information.
pluginoptsconfig An interactive script that allows the user to change the settings
on any configurable plug-in option board. See
Chapter 10
