Note the following if the antenna does not project out of the nozzle:
• The end of the nozzle must be smooth and free from burrs. The edge of the nozzle
should be rounded if possible.
• Mapping must be performed.
• Please contact Hauser for applications with nozzles that are higher than
indicated in the table.
• For mounting in long nozzles, the device is available with an antenna extension of up
to 1 000 mm (39.4 in) (accessory). This allows the antenna to project out of the
nozzle.
• The antenna extension may cause interference echoes in the near range. This means
that the maximum measurable level may be reduced.
