THIS SECTION REQUIRES LOGIN AS AN ‘ADVANCED USER’.

PLEASE CONTACT ENCOM TECH SUPPORT FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THESE STEPS.

1.

Connect your SBX Remote I/O to your computer and connect to it using ControlPAK™, then click the

About

tab.

2.

Click the

Firmware Upgrade

button.

3.

Accept

the Firmware Upgrade License Agreement.

4.

Read the warning message, check the box that says you have read and understand the warning and then hit the

Next

button.
