This product is warranted to the original consumer for a period of one (1) year from the 
original acceptance of this device. This product warranty extends only to the original consumer 
of the product. This product is warranted against defect or workmanship for this period. This 
warranty is voided if this product has been damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, or otherwise 
used in a manner not suited or prescribed for this product. This warranty is voided with use of 
unapproved electrodes, lead wires, chargers, or batteries. This warranty does not cover what is 
considered to be normal wear and tear, replacement of batteries, lead wires, electrodes, and 
other accessories. EMSI reserves the right to honor/dishonor product warranty as it sees fit.
