Remote Set Up - Programming the Remote Receiv

1. With the fireplace’s main electrical power switch off, set up
remote per instructions on pages 5 and 6. After the remote is
set up, ensure that the remote is turned on and active by hold-
ing the “Power” button on the remote until the remote display
panel illuminates.

2. Turn on the fireplace’s main power switch.
3. If the electrical power is present, the red and green control
board LED’s will begin to flash alternately.

YELLOW LED
4. Each light will flash four times then the fireplace will enter
standby mode. While in standby mode, the green LED will
flash slowly and the display panel will show a double dash
“ - - “.

Note:
The remote control receiver automatically searches for
and locks onto the remote control transmitter’s signal when the
main power switch is turned on. The remote control transmitter
must be turned on and active for the receiver to lock onto the
signal.
