NOTE:
The power supply packaged with item
does not recharge the included rechargeable batteries.
The power supply may be used only to power the
Portable Ionizing Air Gun.
Installation
I. Open the Battery Container Lid by using a coin to
turn the plastic lock.
II. Insert 4 AA Batteries then close and lock the lid.
III. Insert the 4 mm diameter air tube to the Air Inlet
and check to see if the connection is secure.
IV. Connect one end of the Quick Disconnect
Adapter to the air supply/source and the other
end to the air tube from the Ionizing Air Gun.
NOTE:
Ensure that the air supply/source is set within
the 10 – 65 PSI range.
Operation
AIR INJECTION TEST
Pulling the trigger lightly, approximately halfway, will
release air from the emitter nozzle. The Active Power
LED located on the backside of the unit should not
illuminate.
If the air does not come out vigorously with a hissing
sound, check the following:
• Make sure that the air tube is attached firmly to the gun
• Make sure the air supply connections are secure
ION INJECTION TEST
When the trigger is completely pulled, the gun will
release an ionized air flow. This is indicated by the
illuminated green LED located on the backside of the
unit. If the LED does not illuminate, check the following:
• Battery installation
• Battery power
USING THE PORTABLE IONIZING AIR GUN
To blow ionized air, pull the trigger all the way in.
Ensure that the green LED is illuminated.
To blow air, pull the trigger halfway. Ensure that the
green LED is not illuminated.

AIR REQUIREMENTS
Always supply the Portable Ionizing Air Gun with
filtered, dry compressed shop air. Using nitrogen is not
recommended with this product. If the air is not dry,
damage to the equipment may result and the warranty
will be voided. Dirty air can introduce moisture and oil,
contaminating the units’ emitter assembly along with the
materials to be cleaned or neutralized.
Filters must therefore be used at all times upstream
of the air nozzle. A water trap-type pre-filter should
be used in conjunction with an oil coalescing-type
filter. Also drain all moisture traps regularly to prevent
moisture in the line. Several drains per day may be
necessary, especially in areas of high humidity.
