• The next step is assembling the trolley handle.
• The order of all the needed parts must be
placed on the steel bolt as seen on the picture
to the left.
• The steel bolt must go through the holes in the
bracket and both ends of the handle.
• Make sure the shim rings are evenly
dristributed.
• A shim ring should be placed on each side of
the handle.
• Make sure the nuts and bolts are tight.
• With the handle assembled, place it on the
opposite site of the wheels and align it in center.
• Start drilling the holes.
• Insert the buttonhead bolts from the inside of
the bag and fasten the flange nuts as we did
earlier on the wheel bracket.
• Make sure the nuts and bolts are tight.
