Yokogawa’s Centum PRM/DTM messages

When the secondary sensor fails, alarms will be displayed in the PRM (Plant Resource Manager) via yellow
circles next to the device, as shown below. These yellow circles indicate that something in your process
needs attention. To investigate this further, right click on the affected device, and choose

DTM Works…

This will open the DTM (Device Task Manager).

In the DTM, the device status will indicate a Failed status in the

Process Variable Overview

section, shown

below:
