armored gagecock standard features are listed in the table below. The model 522 and 722 are
provided with a gasketed union gage connection. The gasket is a spiral wound style, stainless
steel/graphite, which is inserted into the body at the union connection to provide a gasketed
seal between the body and tailpipe as opposed to the standard metal-to-metal joint. The gasket
provides a seal even with small angular misalignment and with less closure force than the
standard metal-to-metal seal.
