5.  Set the seat (key 2) back in the body (key 1). Place the cage (key 4) on top of seat. Then place sleeve guide (key 5) on top

of cage.

6.  Insert ring snap (key 32) into the groove between body (key 2) and sleeve guide (key 5). Lightly lubricate O-rings (keys 22

and 33) and put them back.

7.  Carefully lift the actuator and bonnet assembly (keys 8, 10 and 14) and place on the body (key 1). Make sure the blade

and surface of sleeve (key 3) won’t be damaged or scratched. Tighten Nut (key 34).

Actuator and Diaphragm Maintenance (refer to Figure 7)

1.  Remove travel indicator assembly according travel indicator maintenance section if an indicator has been installed.
2.  Remove balance stem assembly according balance stem maintenance section if it’s wide-open monitoring regulator.
3.  Loose eye nuts (key 110) and nuts (16), then remove upper casing (key 14).
4.  Loose nuts (keys 28 and 29) then take out washer (key 20), upper plate (key 13), diaphragm (key 12), lower plate (key 11)

and ring backup (key 23) in turn.

5.  Inspect the diaphragm (key 12) and O-ring (key 31) for damage or wear and replace if necessary.
6.  Loose bolts (key 30) then remove washer (key 105) and lower casing (key 10).
7.  Loose nuts (key 34), pull out bonnet (key 8), then take out bushing (key 9).
8.  Inspect the O-rings (keys 17,18, 19, 22 and 33) for damage or wear and replace if necessary.
9.  Remove spring (key 6), slide out sleeve (key 3) and stem (key 7). Inspect the sleeve surface and blade and stem sealing

surface for scratch and wear, replace if necessary.

10.  Remove ring snap (key 32), take out sleeve guide (key 5), cage (key 4).
11.  Take out seat (key 2), inspect rubber parts of seat for damage or wear and replace if necessary. Also, O-ring (keys 22, 25,

27 and 33) and other parts should be inspected and replace if worn out or damaged. Lightly lubricate O-rings before

placing them back.

12.  Set the seat (key 2) back in the body (key 1). Place the cage (key 4) on top of seat. Then place sleeve guide (key 5) on top

of cage.

13.  Insert ring snap (key 32) into the groove between body (key 2) and sleeve guide (key 5). Lightly lubricate O-rings (keys 22

and 33) and put them back.

14.  Slide sleeve (key 3) and stem (key 7) into sleeve guide (key 5), then put spring (key 6) back. Make sure the blade and

surface of sleeve (key 3) won’t be damaged or scratched.

15.  Place bonnet (key 8) on top of body (key 1), then insert bushing (key 9) into the clearance between bonnet (key 8) and

stem (key 7).

16.  Tighten nuts (key 34). Lightly lubricate O-ring (key 18) and put it into groove on bonnet (key 8).
17.  Place lower casing (key 10) above the bonnet, then tighten them together by using bolts (key 30) and washer (key 105).
18.  Put back ring backup (key 23), lower plate (key 11) diaphragm (key 12), upper plate (key 13), washer (key 20) in turn.
19.  Tighten nuts (keys 28 and 29) in turn.
20.  Cover upper casing (key 14), make sure the out edge of diaphragm (key 12) in the groove of lower casing (key 10). Then

tighten nuts (key 16) and eye nuts (key 110).

Travel indicator Maintenance (refer to Figure 7)

1.  Remove plastic travel indicator cover (key 91).
2.  Loosen indicator bushing (key 94) and remove it by sliding it over the indicator stem (key 93).
3.  Remove indicator fitting (key 92) and inspect O-rings (keys 98 and 99). Replace O-ring if damaged.
4.  Inspect the indicator stem for scratch or wear, if need replace, the working regulator follow steps 5 to 7, the wide-open

monitoring regulator follow steps 8 to 10.

5.  Loose eye nuts (key 110) and nuts (key 16), then remove upper casing (key 14).
6.  Loose indicator connector (key 95), replace indicator stem assembly (keys 93, 95, 96 and 97) as whole. Tighten indicator

connector (key 95).

7.  Cover upper casing (key 14), make sure the out edge of diaphragm (key 12) in the groove of lower casing (key 10). Then

tighten nuts (key 16) and eye nuts (key 110).

8.  Loose bolt (key 129), then remove balance bonnet (key 137).
9.  Follow step 6.

10.  Install balance bonnet (key 137), then tighten bolt (key 129).
11.  Lightly lubricate O-ring (key 98) and tighten indicator fitting (key 92)
12.  Lightly lubricate O-ring (key 99) and slide it over the indicator stem (key 93).
