Slide the Fan Blade through the center slot in Fan Motor
Assembly.
Position one Blade Support Plate onto Fan Blade. Mount
Fan Blade and Support Plate to Fan Motor Assembly using
three #10-24 x 15 mm Washer Head Blade Screws
(supplied) (Figure 9).
NOTE: Take care not to scratch fan housing when
installing fan blades.
REMOVE ONE #8-32 x 10 mm

LOOSEN TWO #8-32 x 10 mm

Remove one #8-32 x 10 mm Pan Head Screw from the
Fan Motor Assembly (reserve for later use) (Figure 10).
Loosen the other two #8-32 x 10 mm Pan Head Screws to
assemble the Lower Housing to the Fan Motor Assembly
(Figure 10).
To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the fan
blades when installing the blades, balancing the fan
blades or cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects
in between rotating fan blades.

Position the Lower Housing onto the Fan Motor Assembly,
aligning each of the three holes.
Rotate the Lower Housing counter-clockwise to engage
the two loosen screws through the two key hole slots
(Figure 11).
Reinstall the #8-32 x 10 mm Pan Head Screw into the
Lower Housing (Figure 11).
Securely tighten the three #8-32 x 10 mm Pan Head
Screws to secure the Lower Housing (Figure 11).
NOTE: Make sure wires are not pinched between fan
motor assembly and lower housing.
A spare #8-32 x 10 mm Pan Head Screw supplied in
hardware bag, if needed.
