Put some flour on the backside of the dough to avoid sticking and place it on the spatula. Coat with tomato sauce,
leaving an edge of about half a cm free. Don’t spray additional olive oil on your pizza. Insert the pizza into the
bottom cooking plate by using the spatula and bake the pizza directly on the baking sheet. Coating your pizza
with too much ingredients will result in a longer cooking time and ingredients burning on the baking sheet, be
gentle with the amount of toppings!
The baking time depends on the type of dough, the pizza toppings, the number of pizzas to be baked at the same
time and the ambient conditions where the appliance is located (temperature, draft-free place, etc.).
Under normal conditions the pizza is ready in about 5 to 7 minutes. It is best to slide the hot pizzas onto a flat
plate. Careful! The spatula is hot. Place the empty, hot spatula on a heat-resistant surface.
Turn off the appliance after use by switch off both heating buttons and turn the temperature switch to position
“
MIN
”, then unplug the appliance, to cool down at least 30 minutes before cleaning and storing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the appliance and allow cooling before moving and/or cleaning.

Do not immerse the appliance in water. Clean the heating unit with a soft damp cloth only. Remove debris
from the heating elements with a soft brush.

Bottom cooking plate, grill plate, mini pans and pizza spatulas can be washed in water. If stains still appear,
it is recommended to use soap. They can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

Wooden spatulas can be cleaned in soapy water, and dry completely after cleaning.
5.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the appliance.
