External brands hardware:
The system may include components from external brands (ie BenQ, Dell, Sony or else). These may have
special warranties and conditions for each country. The warranty should be global, however Emerald
planetariums has no direct means to enforce a given brand's warranty, as it depends on the local support
efforts of each brand. Either way we will do our best to assist with future potential failures as they may
occur. Tech specs of final product may vary from time to time, depending on the available hardware.
The Bareket observatory is working consistently in order to create the most optimal products, while staying
up-to-date for the latest technological developments.

Stellarium is being offered for free (we are not selling it). For non-commercial or education use only. For
profit use by commercial entities is not allowed by the general license, and would require a different license
terms. Please contact the software developers for legal options.
Shows - the standard-package is provided 'as is' with the system, for no cost, while subordinate to the
specific producer's terms/conditions of use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from country to
