EMERALD™ PLANETARIUM PROJECTOR
Three-Year-Limited-Warranty
Emerald™ planetariums warrants that the Emerald™ digital planetarium systems and Emerald™ dome
&
inflatable domes will be free from defects of workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from
the original purchase invoice date from
Emerald™-planetariums-Bareket observatory (warranty period).
During the warranty period, should a defect arise which results from a breach of warranty, Emerald™
planetariums will repair or replace the product free of charge other than shipping and handling charges. In
no event will
Emerald™ planetariums liability exceed the product purchase price
.
Emerald™ planetariums stands behind the products it sells.
This warranty only covers defective or workmanship encountered in normal use and service of a Product
and does not apply in the following cases:
a.
This warranty shall not apply to any Product that shall have been subject to misuse, abuse, accident,
disaster, improper cleaning or which has been contrary to current instructions.
b. If a Product is defective as a result of leaking batteries or damage due to water or other liquid.
c.
Defective materials or workmanship where the defect is due to a Product having been serviced or
modified by other than
Emerald™ official service.
d.
Malfunction resulting from the use of accessories, attachments, supplies, parts or devices (including,
without limitation, batteries, drivers, USB attachments, hard drives and other accessories) that do not
conform to Emerald™ specifications.
e. Damage resulting during shipment. (Claim must be presented and examined by the shipper).
f.
Damage or service resulting from modifications or alterations to a Product in any way (including any
alteration or removal of its serial number or identification marks).
g.
Projector's lamp replacement or issues due to overheat or the natural breakdown of colors and
materials over extended time and use.
Warranty does not apply to any product on which original identification information, Emerald stickers or
warranty stickers have been altered, defaced, or removed.

Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for
repair and return shipping. Customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, court costs, and
attorneys' fees (whether or not suit is filed) incurred in the collection of any amount due.
