• Wine should be left to stand before drinking. So put rose wine on the table 25 hours
and red wine 45 hours before serving to allow the wine to reach a suitable serving
temperature. White wine, on the other hand, can be served straight from the cooler.
Champagne should always be stored in the cooler and taken out just before serving.
• Please note that the wine temperature should be always lower than the ideal serving
temperature, as the temperature will immediately rise by 1 to 2 °C when it is poured
into a glass.

The flavour of the wine is dependent on having the right pouring temperature. We suggest
having your wine at the following temperatures when pouring it.

ENERGY-SAVING TIPS
• The cooler should be placed in a dry and well ventilated room. The cooler must be
placed in direct sunlight or next to heat sources (such as radiators, stoves, etc.), and a
suitable insulation board should be used if necessary.
• Try to ensure the cooler door is only kept open for a short time.
