5. Registering the remote control
The FAZ 3000 base station can administer four differently coded re-
mote controls. To register the remote control carry out the following
steps:
· Press the “Menu a/A” key (below left), and the following appears
troubles
· Use the “
↑
” and “
↓
” keys to select the “Sensors” menu.
Sensors
· Press “OK” to access this menu, the following appears:

· Press “OK” to access Add Sensors:

· Use key “
→
” to select the remote control:
rem. con. 1
free
· Press a key on the remote control. The base station acknowledges
reception with a short signal tone and displays the following:
rem. con. 1
· Enter the name of the remote control using the keyboard, e. g. the
name of the person who uses the remote control.
