•  Always pre-heat the oven until the desired temperature has been reached before you put in the food to be
  cooked and place the food in the middle of the roasting/baking tray.
•  The best cooking results are achieved if you turn the roasting/baking tray after about half of the cooking time,
  so that the food from the rear gets shifted to the front.
