Setting dosing percentage 

The percentage of agent that is drawn 
through the venturi depends on the 
restriction plate mounted in the intake of 
the venturi. To determine the dosing 
percentage, see the table in spare part 
drawing 3. 

The restriction plate only has to be 
replaced when using another foaming or 
disinfection agent or when changing the 
dosing percentage

Injector change 

The satellite is provided with an foam 
and/or disinfection injector suited for the 
specified working pressure, the foam 
injector (white marked)

through ca. 8 ltrs./min. The disinfection 
(red marked)

Blocksat RFD)   

In some cases depending from the used 
chemicals the water flow is too much for 
getting dry-foam in this case the injector 
has to be changed for an injector with an 
smaller water flow, see for article
