Bucket Full Light
Glows when the bucket is ready to be emptied, or when the
bucket is removed or not replaced in the proper position.
Auto Defrost
When frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the compressor will
cycle off and the fan will continue to run until the frost
disappears.
NOTE :
During auto defrosting the unit may make the sound of
refrigerant flowing, which is normal.
Auto Shut-off
The dehumidifier shuts off when the bucket is full, or when the
bucket is removed or not replaced in the proper position. For
some models, the fan motor will continue to run for 30 seconds.
Wait 3 minutes before resuming operation. After the unit has
stopped, it cannot be restarted for the first 3 minutes. This is to
protect the unit. Operation will automatically start after 3
minutes.
Auto Restart
If the unit breaks off unexpectedly due to a power cut, it will
restart in the previous mode automatically when the power is
restored.
Smart dehumidifying mode (on some models)
In smart dehumidifying mode, the unit will automatically control
room humidity in a comfortable range 45%~55% according
to the room temperature. The humidity setting function will be
invalid.
Anti-mould function (on some models)
Press the Pure button for 3 seconds to enable this function. This
maximizes occupant comfort while reducing the risk of mould
and bacterial growth. To disable the function, press the Pure
button for 3 seconds or select an operating mode with the Mode
button.
Self-clean (on some models)
Press the Turbo button for 3 seconds to enable this function. This
function initiates as soon as the unit is switched off, and runs for
15 minutes at high fan speed.
Air purifier function (on some models)
This function significantly reduces the dust, bacterial and
allergen content of the room, using the HEPA (High Efficiency
Particulate Air) filter supplied with the unit. Press the Pure button
to activate the Air purifier function, all other modes and special
functions are inhibited while it is running. Make sure you have
fitted the HEPA filter as indicated in fig.A.

• Setting the Timer (with 1 indicator light)
• Press to activate the Auto start or Auto stop feature, in con-
junction with the UP and DOWN buttons.
• When the unit is on, press the Timer button to activate the
Auto Stop feature. When the unit is off, press this button to
activate the Auto start feature.
• Press or hold the UP or DOWN button to change the Auto
time by 0.5 hour increments, up to 10 hours, then at 1 hour
increments, up to 24 hours. The control will count down the
time remaining until start.
• The selected time will register in 5 seconds and the system
will automatically revert back to display the previous humidity
setting.
• Turning the unit On or Off at any time or adjusting the timer
setting to 0.0 will cancel the Auto Start/Stop function.
• When the LED display window shows the P2 code, the Auto
Start/Stop function will also be cancelled.
Setting the Timer
• When the unit is on it is possible to set an auto off time.
Press the timer button when the unit is on, set the time for
auto off with the UP or DOWN button in steps of 0.5 hours,
up to 24 hours. When the timer is set this is
indicated by a lit indicator light for the timer. When the unit
is off it is possible to set an auto on time. Press the timer
button when the unit is off, set the time for auto on with the
UP or DOWN button in steps of 0.5 hours, up to 24 hours.
When the timer is set this is indicated by a lit indicator light
for the timer.
• Press or hold the UP or DOWN button to change the Auto
time by 0.5 hour increments, up to 10 hours, then at 1 hour

Dryer mode (on some models)
The unit can operate the MAX dehumidification function when
it is in Dryer mode. The fan speed is fixed at high fan speed. For
some models, the unit will quit dryer mode after a maximum 10
hours of operation.
NOTE:
1. The dryer mode must be operated in a closed room, do not
open the doors or windows. 2. To achieve the most effective
dehumidification, please first dry the wet clothes.
3. Make sure to direct airflow at the wet clothes.
4. If clothing is thick and heavy it may not allow the most
effective dehumidification.
