Connection to the PC (Continued)

Do not unplug the USB cable until the file operation ends completely.

The file can be renamed only on the PC.

Select the file to be renamed, click [Name Change] on the File menu. After inputting a new name, press [ENTER].

Browsing the Files

It is necessary to convert the recorded footage on the SD card into an AVI file with the exclusive software in order to view it on a PC.
After the conversion with the exclusive software, AVI files can be viewed with a normal viewer software such as “Windows Media Player”.

Video codec

The video codec on this recorder is H.264. If your PC is not equipped with H.264 codec, AVI files cannot be played back normally.
Please install H.264 video codec.

Some viewer software may not be able to play the AVI files.

Audio Codec

The adopted audio Codec of this recorder is PCM. If your PC has not been installed with the audio Codec PCM, the files
recorded in the record mode of “Video + audio” or “Audio only” cannot be played on the PC. In this case, install the audio
