5. Device type and measuring range
The device then displays the device type (e.g. 2600) and the nominal measuring
range (e.g. 120 °C).
Measuring mode
Various functions are available in measuring mode. All device versions have the "Min"
function (indication of the minimum temperature value and the minimum humidity value)
and the "Max" function (indication of the maximum temperature value and the maximum
humidity value) , a units switching function (°C to °F and °F to °C) as well as the "Hold"
function (holds the currently displayed temperature and the currently displayed humidity).
Functions "Min, "Max" and "T2"
The "Min" and "Max" functions allow you to switch the display between the minimum,
maximum and current measured values
. The upper part of the display always shows the
relative humidity, the lower part of the display the ambient air temperature.
Each time you press the "Program Selection" button , the display changes to one of
the available pairs of measured values (minimum values, maximum values, indication of
dew point). When the minimum or maximum measured values are displayed, the display
also
shows the appropriate symbol ("min" or "max"). When the dew point is displayed, the
symbol "T2" is shown in the lower part of the display;the upper part of the display
continues to show the relative humidity.
If none of the symbols is active, the current measured value is displayed.
