with Down key, when you finish viewing the
alarm event, the system will enter Disarm
mode.
4.8. Faulty Situations
The Control Panel is capable of detecting
following fault events:
AC Power Fail
Sensor Out-of-order
Sensor Low Battery
Device and Control Panel
Tamper
GSM-Related Failure
Control Panel Interference
When fault exists in system, the Orange
Fault LED will light up under Disarm mode.
Please refer to User Manual – Fault Dsp
for viewing fault events.

5.1. SMS Command Format
A SMS command can be separated into the
following components:
1. SMS Keyword – The keyword is used to
initiate SMS command. Default keyword is
PROG.
2. PIN Code – The code is used to access the
system. You can enter any of the programmed
User PIN Code . The PIN code is separated
from SMS Keyword by a space.
3. SMS Command – The command is the
actual action or programming change to be
executed. The command is separated from
SMS code by a space.
4. Parameter – The command parameter is
the detail of the command. Depending on
different commands, you need to enter
different parameters. The first parameter is
separated form Command by a “:”, the rest of
the values are separated by a “,”
5.2. SMS Command
Confirmation / Response
Confirmation Message
When the Control Panel receives a command,
it will send back a SMS message to confirm.
The format of the confirmation message is as
follows:
SMS Command:OK / Error
If the SMS confirmation message shows “OK.”
It means the SMS command is successful/ If it
shows “Error,” it means the SMS command is
incorrect and cannot be executed. If no SMS
confirmation is sent back, it means one of the
following situations:
1. The Control Panel SIM card number you
entered is incorrect and the Control Panel did
not receive the SMS command.
2. The SMS Keyword or PIN Code you entered
is incorrect, and the SMS command was
ignored by the Control Panel.
Response Message
Some SMS commands will request the Control
Panel to send back a SMS response message
with panel information. The SMS response
message will be sent in the following format:
SMS Command:Parameter
Depend on different SMS commands, the
response message will be sent back in either
single or multiple parameters, separated by
comma or parenthesis.
