Using the handles, remove the Chafing Dish from the Chafing Dish base.

Hand wash the stainless steel Chafing Dish and lid in warm, soapy water. 

       -Dry with a soft cloth. 
       -NOTE: The Chafing Dish is dishwater safe.

For stubborn stains, partially fill the Chafing Dish with hot water and add t
Chafing Dish base. Plug the 
the temperature control dial to LOW, and allow to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Use 
a wooden spoon to remove burnt particles.

If necessary, use a nylon or plastic pad a small amount of any good stainless 
steel cleanser to clean difficult areas. 
IMPORTANT: Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleansers. 
WARNING: NEVER IMMERSE THE CH
LIQUID. 
Rinse well. Dry thoroughly, shine with a dry cloth.
