Modula

is a flexible range of 12v and 240v recessed lights,

available with round or square top plates in brushed 316L stainless
steel or fine sandblasted brass.

Modula’s

lampholder bracket is

o

adjustable up to 15 from vertical for directional lighting with 12V
MR16 or 240V GU10 halogen lamps up to 50 watts. MR16 clip-on
lenses and filters may be fitted to halogen lamps to create alternate
lighting effects, including glare control, spread beam or coloured
lighting. GU10 and MR16 6w white and warm white l.e.d. lamps
may be fitted for low-energy accent lighting with a low lens
temperature. Long life, low energy GU10 compact fluorescent
lamps up to 14 watts fit 240v models, combining style and
ambience around the terrace with diffuse illumination for wall
washing or uplighting broad subjects or weeping trees.

E8700

frosted lens is optional for diffused lighting effects. Top plates are
4mm thick with chamfered edges and available to special order in
black powder-coat finish. The housing is machined aluminium with
bottom cable entry pre-wired with a 2m HO7-RNF rubber cable.
Machined grooves in the body aid cooling for long lamp life and
house two custom “O” rings which locate the recessed light firmly in
its polycarbonate mounting sleeve, allowing for pre-wiring of
locations subject to provision of suitable cable conduit.

Modula

also fits in 100mm pipe.

12v recessed uplights require T9962 cable joint kit for connection to
extended low voltage cable from a transformer. 240v lights should be
connected to mains supply cable using a resin sealed underground
joint. Energy ratings are the same as for 50w Compact spotlights
