Step 1:
The first step of using your new self-locking weightlifting belt is properly placing it
around your body. The belt should cover the portion right below your ribcage and should be
centered on your naval. The buckle should be on the left side with the E26 logo facing up.
Step 2:
Bring the strap through the buckle behind the plastic roller pin and feed it through until it
is snug around your torso.
