Use your thumb to gently press
the protruding rib portion of the
MK battery compartment cover
and carefully slide it up.

Put fresh A-316 batteries into
the

battery

compartment

according to the label on the
bottom of the compartment, and
then insert the cover into the
slots and slide it into place.
