Check that the instrument make and model marked on the side of the instrument and on the invoice are
correct before starting the installation.
It is possible for any instrument to fail. Therefore, you must be able to recognize an instrument failure
and you must be proficient in operating your aircraft safely in spite of an instrument failure. If you do not
have this knowledge, contact the FAA or a local flight instructor for training.
The pilot
must
understand the operation of this product before flying the aircraft. Do not allow anyone
to operate the aircraft that does not know the operation of this product.
Keep the Operating Manual in the
aircraft at all times.
