Error type Possible cause Solution
E08 Power supply to the
device has dropped to
below 170 V.
The voltage needs to be increased back
to required levels.
E10 Fridge compartment is
not cold enough.
Set a colder temperature in the fridge.
E11 Fridge compartment is
too cold.
• Switch off the Extra Cool function.
• Set a higher temperature in the fridge.
• Make sure that ventilation holes are
clear and not clogged.
If the problems continue,
contact the Authorized
Service Centre.
