Problem Probable Causes Correction
If the clothes get
stained
Too much softener and/or soap. Use the quantity recommended on page 7.
The water of the house is dirty. Install a filter in the faucet.
Internal cleaning of the washing
machine wasn’t done.
Clean the washing machine
as recommended.
Different colours and types of fabric
were mixed
Separate the clothes according to the
type and colors of fabric as Tips and
Advices.
The clothes are not adequate to wash
in the washing machine.
Check the instructions in the clothing
labels. See the International Symbols on
page 18.
The liquid bleach is being added with
the bleach drawer totally open.
Open the bleach drawer only until the
medium position (60°), as instructions in
the page 7 (Bleach).
There is lint in the
clothes
It was mixed clothes of different fabrics
or the selected water level was
inappropriate .
Separate the clothes according to the
table programs indicated on the panel,
or according to Tips and Advice.
If the drum moves Washing machine suspension system.
It is normal the drum to move when
full of clothes and water.
If the blue light
of the washing
options doesn’t
turn ON and
the key beeps
intermittently
when pressed
The washing option selected is not allowed
for the selected program, for example
• Delicate p Turbo Agitation
• Comforter p Turbo Agitation
• Running shoes p Turbo
Agitation;
• Running shoes p Hot Water;
• Delicate p Hot Water
Does not allow this washing option to be
used with this program.
If the blue light
of the washing
options doesn’t
turn OFF and
the key beeps
intermittently
when pressed.
The washing option selected is
mandatory for the selected program
and cannot be deactivated, for example:
Running shoes p Double Rinse
option
It is not allowed to deactivate this
washing option for that program.
If after start of
washing, when
trying to operate
one of the washing
options the blue
light does not
ignite and the key
beeps
intermittently
You cannot trigger this option
during execution of a step cycle.
Select the option before the step or cycle.
