The product is not leveled.
The product is against the wall or
furniture.
The clothes are badly distributed in the drum.
The package base has not been removed.
Noise during washing program.
Noise during spin.
Level the product. Take the product a way
from the wall or furniture. Distribute the
clothes correctly and do not wrap them
around the
agitator. Remove all package
parts. During washing and drying, noise is
normal due to the operation of the motor.
The drainage pump, when switched
on, causes a characteristic noise. It
is
normal.
Vibration/noises
The maximum level of the dispenser was
exceeded
.
Do not exceed the maximum level indicated
in the dispenser.
If softener/bleach
comes before its time
The faucet is closed.
The filter in the inlet hose is clogged.
No water comes out of the faucet.
The inlet hose is folded or strangled.
Open the faucet.
Clean the filter, see section 7.4.
Check the hydraulic system of the residence.
Unfold or clear the hose.
Water does not en-
ter in the product
Too much softener and/or soap.
The water of the house is dirty.
Internal cleaning of the washing machine
was
not done.
It was mixed different kinds and colors
of fabric.
The clothes are not adequate to wash in
the washing machine.
Use the quantity recommended on section
4, step 2.
Install a filter in the faucet.

If the clothes get
stained
It was mixed with clothes of different
fabrics.

programs table indicated in the panel. See

The selected program is not suitable for
the type of clothing or the s e lected time is
too short.
There is too much laundry in the drum.
The selected program was not enough for
drying the clothes.
The clothes are badly distributed in the drum.
Air filters are dirty, clogged or out of
position.
Remove excess clothing. Dry in maximum 7
kg of dry clothes.
Select a more suitable program to type of
clothing.
Distribute the clothes correctly and do not wrap
them in agitator.
Clean the filters and replace them correctly.
It is normal the drum downs when full of
clothes and water.
It is normal because your washing machine
has a balancing system with a liquid which
is inside the drum
After spinning of washing, take the
clothe

out
of the drum, open clothes and
redistribute them around the agitator to start
the drying. Try drying using the Easy Iron
option.
