Repair
Generator T3 :
Checking
- Check the wiring.
- Power on the machine, hide B6 cell (version without folding) or B7 (version with folding),
and checked that there is a decrepitation on the electrostatic bar, or approached a insulated
screwdriver to 1 cm of spikes bar and a control that if there is a electric arc.
Replacing
- Remove the left cover.
- Disconnect the wires.
- Remove the faulty generator, and replace.
- Refit the parts in the reverse sequence.
Timer Relay T4 :
Checking
- Check the wiring.
- Power on the machine, supply the timer relay and control using a conductivity meter
(terminal 15 & 18). If the contact does not occur after the preset time delay this means that
the timer is faulty
Replacing
- Remove the left cover.
- Disconnect the wires.
- Remove the faulty timer relay, and replace.
- Refit the parts in the reverse sequence.
electrostatic bar :

- Remove the faulty electrostatic bar by the right side and replace.
- Refit the parts in the reverse sequence.
Before any intervention it is essential to cut off all supply of the machine
(electricity, steam, water, gas, compressed air...).
