Important!
When the machine is on, if you simultaneously press
the TEMPERATURE button and SPIN SPEED button
for about 3 seconds, the acoustic warning signal can
be activated or desactivated.

6-7. OPTIONS buttons

Press this button to select the following options:

ANTI- ALLERGIC RINSE:can be used with all
programmes except the WOOL / HAND WASH and
SILK programme.
 The machine adds rinses with
more water to remove residual detergent.

This option is recommended for people who are allergic
to detergents and in areas where the water is very
soft.

NIGHT CYCLE: when you choose this option, the
machine will not drain the water of the last rinse, so
as not to wrinkle the laundry. As all spinning phases
are suppressed, this washing cycle is very noise-
less and it can be selected at night or in times with a
more economical power rate. On cotton and syn-
thetic programmes the rinses will be performed with
more water. At the end of the cycle, the light of the
START/PAUSE button goes out and the door is locked,
the NIGHT CYCLE pilot light remains lit, to indicate
that the water must be drained. To complete the
cycle, choose one of the following programmes:

Drain  To drain the water select DRAIN programme
by means of the SKIP/RESET button, then press
the START/PAUSE button.
Spin  To spin the laundry choose SPIN programme
by means of the SKIP/RESET button; select spin
speed by means of SPIN SPEED button and then
press the START/PAUSE button.

SUPER QUICK WASH; select this function for laun-
dry that is only slightly soiled (not for silk WOOL
and HAND WASH programme).
The washing time
will be reduced according to the type of fabric and
the selected temperature.Special 23 minutes super
quick cycle is available by choosing “cold” and press-
ing this button.
The NIGHT WASH, the ECONOMY and the SUPER
QUICK WASH functions cannot be selected together.

ECONOMY: this option is available only with cotton
programme at 95°-60°-40° C and synthetics
programme at 60°-40° C. If you select this option
the temperature automatically decreases and,
consequently, the washing time increases. This func-
tion can be used with normally soiled laundry in order
to save energy.

The following pieces of information are shown on the
display:

Three blinking dashes, when a programme is can-
celled by means of the SKIP RESET button. The
three blinking dashes will also appear when you press
the ON/OFF button to switch the machine on, if the
previously selected cycle has been erased.

Duration of washing programme in hours and
minutes, after you have selected a programme. While
the programme is running (after you have pressed
the START/PAUSE button), the displayed time value
decreases by one unit every minute.

drain and spin:
press the FABRICS button to select the type of
fabric previously washed, eventually reduce the spin
speed, and then press the SKIP RESET button twice,
so as to cause the light SPIN to light up, then select
spin speed and at the end press the START/PAUSE
button.

-

The prewash ends with a short spin in programmes
for cotton and synthetic fabrics, whereas in the
programme for delicate fabrics the water is only
drained. The PREWASH and the ANTI-ALLERGIC
RINSE  functions cannot be selected together.

PREWASH: select this option if you wish your laun-
dry to be prewashed before the main wash (not
available for WOOL / HAND WASH and silk
programme).

The washing machine has stopped with water in
tub
, at the end of a programme with RINSE HOLD
or NIGHT CYCLE option: this is indicated by a
blinking zero.
