Cleaning and Care

Warning: For cleaning, the appli-
ance must be switched off and
cooled down.

Warning: For safety reasons, do not
clean the appliance with steam jet
or high-pressure cleaning equip-
ment.

Attention: Do not use any scouring
agents, sharp cleaning tools or
scourers.

Outside of the appliance

Wipe the front of the appliance with
a soft cloth and warm water and
washing up liquid.

For metal fronts, use normal com-
mercially available cleaning agents.

Oven interior

Warning: When cleaning, no oven
functions must be selected and the
oven must have cooled down.

Cleaning

The catalytically coated walls are self-
cleaning. They absorb splashes of fat
whilst the oven is operating.
To aid this self-cleaning process, we
recommend that you heat up the oven
at regular intervals without placing food
inside.

1.

The oven light will switch on auto-
matically when the oven door is
opened.

2.

Remove all slide-in parts from the
oven.

3.

Wipe the floor of the oven clean with
warm washing-up solution and dry.

4.

Set the oven temperature to 250°C.

5.

After an hour, switch off the oven.

6.

Wipe away any remaining grime with
a damp,

soft

sponge.

Caution! Do not use oven spray or
abrasive cleaning agents. Do not
use soap or other cleansing agents.
The catalytic sheeting may other-
wise be damaged.

After long periods of use, the cata-
lytic coating may become slightly
discoloured. This has no effect on
the catalytic properties.

Accessories

Wash all slide-in units (shelf unit, baking
tray, shelf support rails etc.) after each
use and dry well. Soak briefly to make
them easier to clean.

Fat Filter

1.

Clean the fat filter in hot water and
washing up liquid or in the dishwash-
er.

2.

Badly burned on soiling can be re-
moved by boiling the filter in a little
water to which 2-3 tablespoonsful of
dishwasher cleaner has been added.
